Christi Hill provided excellent services and made my home buying experience the best ever. She helped me find a great home and we were able to close in less than 25 days. She made the best negotiations that i have experienced with any realtor to the point that my neighbors wished she was there realtors. I would definitely use Christi as my realtor again!!

I flew into North Carolina and after my sister picked me up at the airport, we were looking at houses. Christi was easy to talk to, and she never made me feel like I was bugging her with my numerous questions. She walked me through the house buying procedure with ease, and made me feel confident. I made my choice on buying my house within three days of working with her, and I had would love to do it again. I will be asking Christi to help us if we decide to buy another house in the future. Christi Hill was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I contacted her via her website and from the very beginning she responded in a timely manner. The scary part for me was I wanted to buy a house in Jacksonville, NC while I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Despite the thousands of miles between the two locations Christi made the process simple and stress free.
During my annual Christmas leave I visited the Jacksonville area and Christi had multiple houses for me to look at. For the first time in dealing with a realtor she actually showed me houses in my price range that were appealing. She spent two whole days with me, answered all my questions and guided me with her experience of the area in regards to resale, schools and good neighborhoods. Happily, I departed the area with a signed contract on a new house and a feeling that my interests were going to be taken care of as I returned to Okinawa.
Over the next six months she kept in contact with me ensuring everything that was required on my behalf was submitted in a timely manner. She coordinated with the builder to guarantee my upgrades were installed. All questions I had she answered and she truly went out of her way. Keep in mind the time zone difference so most questions I had for her, she received in the evening or night time and she would still reply almost immediately. All in all it was a pleasant home buying experience and Christi Hill was the catalyst of it all for me. I would definitely recommend her services to friends, family and co-workers as I plan on using her realtor experience again when the Marine Corps says it is time for me to depart Jacksonville.
